Norbel's home equity line of credit, called a HELOC, is a variable rate loan that uses the equity you have in your home. It's a revolving line of credit with a five-year draw period and low minimum payments. (Check out our low rates.) Plus, the interest may be tax deductible; check with your tax advisor.

There are no fees to apply for a HELOC and you should receive a response within 48 hours. As with everything we do, we have your best interests in mind, so we'll help you find a loan that best fits your needs.
Note: To fund wire transfers using your HELOC, you will need to visit your local branch.
*The introductory rate of 2.5% APR (Annual Percentage Rate) applies to the principal balance for a period of 180 days and then adjusts to Norbel's current rate as posted.
